New legislation from the 89th Texas Legislative Session requires parents and guardians to provide annual consent for certain school-based services and activities. Therefore, Falls City ISD is notifying parents and guardians that new Senate Bill 12 Parental Consent Forms are now available through the Ascender Parent Portal under the Registration tab.
In compliance with Texas Senate Bill 12, parents must complete and submit these consent forms to ensure their child’s continued access to certain district resources.

Forms are to be completed in Parent Portal by Monday, September 8th.
